Filling complex description for filling line:
filling  technicas and structure is designed and innovated by ourselves. It adopts
big fluent filling and resolve quantify filling . filling valve is SUS fine casting approach,
it has air proof ring to steer clear of attrition of the steel .it is control by cylinder , and it is
stabilization . in the filling process, barrel following washing transportation  to covey barrel screw.
The covey barrel screw apart the barrel equality to star-wheel. The star-wheel guide the
barrel to filling method.  When the filling cylinder satisfy journey change,  cylinder moves
down to open filling valve.  Filling valve commence to fill. Soon after filling , cylinder satisfy with journey
change once again and shift up. Filling valve close. The barrel soon after filling export by star-wheel.
And transportation to capping machine by chains. Filling components has 12 filling valves to satisfy the pace of the machine  at the exact same time , liquid placement  is nicety due to the fact of managing by journey swap.
Primary configuration for the total drinking water  production line :
The whole line is managed by SS electrical carbinate with touch display screen ,PLC and transducer
